T-Ball

The emphasis of T-Ball is FUN!!! T-ball is designed to teach 4 and 5 year olds the basic skills to help prepare them for baseball and softball. They will have the opportunity to develop and practice these skills through game play situations. T-Ball also emphasis team work, fair play, sportsmanship, and cooperation.

Volunteer Coaches and Co-Coaches are needed.

Who: Boys and Girls ages 4 & 5 (Age as of May 1)

Where: Church lot behind YMCA

Coach Pitch

The emphasis of Coach Pitch is FUN!!! Coach Pitch is designed to teach 6 and 7 year olds the basic skills to help prepare them for baseball and softball while a Coach pitches them the ball. Players have the opportunity to develop and practice these skills through game play situations. This program also emphasizes team work, fair play, sportsmanship, and cooperation.

Volunteer Coaches and Co-Coaches are needed.

Minor League Baseball

Minor League Baseball is designed to help teach kids the skills needed to move on to Major League Baseball. This is a non-competitive league with emphasis placed on having fun, team work, fair play, and sportsmanship. We do not keep score for this league so everybody wins.

Powder Puff Softball

Powder Puff Softball is designed to help teach kids the skills needed to move on to Cal Ripken Softball. This is a non-competitive league with emphasis placed on having fun, team work, fair play, and sportsmanship. A pitching machine will be used for this league. We do not keep score for this league so everybody wins.

Major League Baseball is designed to help teach kids the fundamentals of baseball and get them ready to play at the next level. First year players to Major League Baseball are required to try out. Score is kept along with records in the league. There is a single elimination tournament at the end of the season. Volunteer Coaches and Co-Coaches are needed.
