If you are trying to lose weight or just want to stay in incredible shape, Fitness Bootcamp has the right workouts for you.
Fitness bootcamp is designed to provide a balance mixture of aerobic, circuit training, Nitro Yo!, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, and plyometric exercises that will keep your body responding to each workout that is completed. At the end of each three-month session a winner will be announced for the most weight lost and the most inches lost. The top percentage of weight loss in a 12 week session is 25% with the average weight loss per session being 10 pounds.
The classes run in 3 month (12 week) sessions and will be 3 days a week.
You can register for the morning classes:
Mon/Wed/Fri 6:00 – 7:00am
Evening classes:
Mon/Tue/Thurs 6:00-7:00pm or Mon/Tue/Thur 7-8pm.
The cost for YMCA members is $75 and $135 for non-members.
