Aerobic combo
This program is designed to allow men & women who work during the day or attend school the opportunity to work up a sweat through an aerobic workout. This class includes a variety of different workouts using Pilates, yoga, yoga ball, medicine ball, stretch bands, and step up boards that will have you work up a sweat and have fun at the same time.

This program is an intense bicycling class that you will work up a sweat doing a variety of different cycling exercises.

Cardio Circuit
Come join Keith Rusher, a retired physical therapist, in our state of the art wellness center as he’s been teaching this fast paced aerobic class for 20 years!! This is an aerobics class that uses the nautilus machines along with doing free exercise to the sound of music. It includes 38 stations that last only 30 seconds that concentrate on high repetitions and low weight. There is pulse monitoring that takes place halfway through as well as at the end of the class.

Breakfast Workout

This class is for the early risers looking to get a work out in before going to work! This class involves dumbbell weight lifting, abs, and a cardiovascular workout in riding the bike. This class works all muscle groups that end with an abdominal workout at the end of each class. This class runs Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6:15am-6:45am

Noon Hour Workout
This class is perfect for people who want to get a quick and intense workout done on their lunch break. This class will help improve your overall strength and increase your cardiovascular condition at the same time. This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:10-12:40pm.

Step Aerobics
This is an intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.

Step Interval (NEW)
This high intensity class involves step moves that are combined with cardio and conditioning options to create a high energy interval class. Get your work out done first thing in the morning and have more energy throughout the rest of your day. Weight and resistant equipment used.

Tai Chi (NEW)
Tai Chi is a low intensity class that focuses on breath control, balance, body awareness and helps increase coordination and flexibility through gentle soft rounded movements performed at your own pace. If you are seeking a gentle class to challenge your body and focus your mind, this one is for you!
