Youth Volleyball


This program is intended to introduce the youth the game of volleyball through teaching them all the skills such as bumping, setting and spiking along with using team work and proper sportsmanship. Games are played on Saturdays and practices are determined by the coaches.
Who: 3rd — 6th Grade Girls
Where: Ft. Madison Family YMCA
When: January 25 – March 13; Games on Saturdays starting February 13
Fee: $15 Members*; $30 Non-Members*
Registration Deadline: January 15th
Evaluation Day: January 16 3rd/4th Graders @ 9am; 5th/6th Graders @ 10am
*All players should attend this evaluation day in order for coaches to evaluate the players volleyball skills. The coaches will pick their teams at the coaches meeting. This is to ensure that teams are even.
*PROGRAM ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY
